Ideal for industrial, boat and ship winching and for 3/4 to 1/2
ton truck front mount and rear-of-cab applications.
• Choice of
two drum lengths (Model 400, 11 5/8" (295.3 mm) and Model Y-400,
8 3/4" (222.3 mm))
• Models 400 and Y-400 are designed for pulling
only, while Models G-400 and YG-400 are equipped with an oil-cooled
automatic worm safety brake for hoisting and pulling.
• Gear and
clutch housings are ribbed for strength and cast of high tinsile
tenzaloy for strength and light weight.
• Includes angular contact
ball bearings
• Worm gear reduction is 29:1
• Uses 7/16" (11 mm)
